SANITARY CONSTRUCTOR LICENCE

GUIDELINES FOR REGISTRATION / RENEWAL

FIRST ISSUE:

1. Sanitary Constructors License application form to be collected at WASA (North & South) to be filled out and all requested documents attached.
2. WASA’s personnel will check to ensure the form is properly completed and entry requirements met.
3. If all requirements are satisfied the application is processed for a cost of ($500.00 + VAT =$575.00) after which a payment receipt and all original registration documents are returned to the Applicant.
4. Applicant to be informed when exam/ interview will be held.
5. Successful Applicants to be issued a Sanitary Constructor’s Licence

1. Application forms to be completed and checked.
2. Fee to be paid at the Cashier
3. Applicant to post Bond
4. Applicant to have picture taken and Licence issued

RENEWAL:

1. Application form to be collected at WASA to be filled out.
2. WASA’s personnel will check to ensure the form is properly completed and compliance to entry requirements met.
3. If all requirements are satisfied the application is processed for a cost of ($500.00 + VAT =$575.00) after which the Applicant receives his receipt.
4. Arrangements are made for applicant to have his photograph taken
