A temporary water service connection is one where there are no legal documents of ownership to the property.

• Fill out the Temporary New Water Service Form.
  1. Please ensure the form is stamped TEMPORARY CONNECTION before leaving the Customer Service Centre. (If the form has Temporary stated to the top, there is no need for a stamp).
  2. Take the from to the DISTRICT MEDICAL OFFICE (Local Health Centre) where part 4 of the form will be completed.
     N.B. - There must be a building/structure on the land
• The form must be stamped by the DMO
• Provide a UTILITY BILL (prefeably T&TEC) for the property.
• Provide at least ONE (1) VALID FORM OF IDENTIFICATION. (If no ID is available, please provide an affidavit with passport size photo)
• Provide a location sketch of the property (including description of the building).
• Pay initial deposit - New Service Connection fee of $200.00 (non refundable).
  PLEASE CONSTRUCT YOUR TEMPORARY YARD TAP BEFORE YOU PAY THE CONNECTION FEE
• All payments are to be made by cash, certified cheque, Linx or credit card.
• Applicant is required to fill out and sign a disclaimer form
• If there is a need to change the Ownership of the Occupancy,
  1. All outstanding rates and charges must be paid
  2. A new disclaimer form MUST be signed
  3. One (1) valid form of identification MUST also be produced

  Please note that this must be done prior to change of occupancy
