Service Interruption
To Parts of North Trinidad

The Water and Sewerage Authority (the Authority) advises customers in North Trinidad served by the Caroni Water Treatment Plant, who are currently experiencing a disruption in their pipe borne water supply that, this is due to a blown air valve along the 48 inch diameter Caroni North Transmission Main, Piarco.

Emergency repair works currently underway are expected to be completed by 6:00 a.m. on Thursday 20th December, 2018.

The affected areas include the following:

  • Morvant
  • Gonzales
  • St. Augustine
  • Mt Dor
  • Bamboo
  • El Socorro
  • Port of Spain
  • Santa Cruz
  • Laventille
  • Belmont
  • Curepe
  • Petit Bourg
  • Mt. Hope Hospital
  • San Juan
  • St. James
  • Barataria
  • Beetham Gardens
  • Cascade
  • Champ Fleurs
  • Valsayn South
  • Aranguez
