SERVICE RESTORED TO CUSTOMERS
SERVED BY HOLLIS RESERVOIR

The Water and Sewerage Authority (the Authority) advises customers in parts of North-East Trinidad served by the Hollis Water Treatment Plant, that repair to the ruptured 24 inch diameter transmission pipeline, at LP 73 Eastern Main Road, Wallerfield, in the area of the “Double Bridge”, was completed and the supply re-opened at approximately 7:00 p.m. today - Saturday 14th December, 2019.

The pipe borne water supply is being restored to affected areas from Arima in the East to Arouca in the West. However, customers are advised that it may take up to 36 hours for the service to normalize to some affected areas in keeping with regular pipe borne water supply schedules.
