The Water and Sewerage Authority (the Authority) advises customers served by Chatham Water Treatment Plant, who are presently experiencing a disruption in their pipe borne water supply that this is due to a ruptured 400 millimetre diameter raw water pipeline in the Point Coco area.

Repair works currently underway are expected to be completed by 6:00 p.m. on Friday 27th December, 2019.

The areas affected include:
Pt Coco, Chatham, Los Bajos, Rancho Quemado, Sheila Lamorell Gardens, Palo Seco and surrounding areas.

Upon completion of repair, it may take up to 24 hours for the scheduled pipe borne water supply to be normalised to some communities.

For further information or assistance, customers can contact the Authority's Call Centre toll free at 800-4420/4426.

The Authority apologises for the inconvenience and thanks customers for their understanding.
