The Water and Sewerage Authority (the Authority) advises customers in parts of South West Trinidad served by the Granville Water Treatment Plant, who are currently experiencing a disruption in their pipe borne water supply that this is due to mechanical problems at the facility, which developed today - Wednesday 12th February, 2020

Emergency repair works currently underway are expected to be completed by 8:00 a.m. on Thursday 13th February, 2020.

Customers are advised that it may take up to 24 hours for the service to normalize to some affected areas, in accordance with pipe borne water supply schedules. For further information or assistance, customers can also contact WASA’s Customer Call Centre toll free at 800-4420/4426.
