The Water and Sewerage Authority (the Authority) advises customers in parts of South East Trinidad served by the Navet Water Treatment Plant, that there would be an interruption in their pipe borne water supply on Friday 14th February 2020, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

This has become necessary to facilitate emergency repair works to a ruptured 800 millimeter diameter transmission pipeline along St. John Road, Piparo. 

Areas to be affected include:

Libertville, Tableland, Robert Village, New Grant, Hardbargain,  St. Julien, Indian Walk, St. Mary’s Village, Fifth Company, Cunjal, Cumuto, Whiteland, Poonah, Piparo, Morne Roche, Princes Town, Iere Village, Buen Intento, Malgretoute, Williamsville, Barrackpore, Monkey Town, Bronte and Borde Narve.

Customers are advised that it may take up to 24 hours for the service to normalize to some affected areas in accordance with pipe borne water supply schedules. For further information or assistance, customers are asked to contact WASA’s Customer Call Centre toll free at 800-4420/4426.
