The Water and Sewerage Authority (the Authority) advises customers in parts of Central Trinidad served by the Dow Village Booster Station that there will be an interruption in their pipe borne water supply on Tuesday 21st April 2020, between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.

This has become necessary in order to facilitate planned electrical, mechanical and pipeline interconnection works necessary to operationalise the new Dow Village Booster Station.

Areas affected include:

  • Windsor Park
  • Mt. Pleasant
  • Milton
  • Carolina
  • Balmain
  • Indian Trail
  • Dow Village
  • Diamond
  • Esperanza
  • Basta Hall
  • Balmain Gardens

Customers are advised that it may take up to 24 hours for the service to normalize to some affected areas in accordance with pipe borne water supply schedules.

Motorists are asked to proceed with caution in the vicinity of the facility, due to the use of heavy equipment at the site.
