SUPPLY DISRUPTION

TO AREAS SERVED
BY NAVET WATER TREATMENT PLANT

The Water and Sewerage Authority (the Authority) advises customers in parts of South East Trinidad served by the Navet Water Treatment Plant that, there will be an interruption in their pipe borne water supply on Thursday 16th July 2020, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

This has become necessary in order to facilitate emergency repair works to a ruptured 32” diameter transmission pipeline, located at St. John’s Road, Piparo.

Areas to be affected include:

  • Customers are advised that it may take up to 24 hours for the service to normalize to some affected areas in accordance with pipe borne water supply schedules.
