The Water and Sewerage Authority (the Authority) advises customers in Tabaquite and environs, served by the Tabaquite Booster Pumping Station that there will be an interruption in their pipe borne water supply, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Monday 21st September, 2020.

This is due to a planned power outage in the area by the Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission (T&TEC) that will impact operations at the facility.

Areas to be affected include:

  • Tabaquite Main Road
  • Alleyne Road
  • Brasso Vernado
  • Las Atjos
  • Devinish Hill
  • Guaracara
  • Stone Road
  • Farnum Village and environs.

Customers are advised that following the resumption of operations, it may take up to 24 hours for the scheduled pipe borne water supply to normalize to some affected areas.

For further information or assistance, customers are asked to contact WASA’s Customer Call Centre toll free at 800-4420/4426.

The Authority apologises for the inconvenience and thanks customers for their patience and understanding.
