SERVICE DISRUPTION

TO GLENCOE AND ENVIRONS

The Water and Sewerage Authority (the Authority) advises customers in Glencoe and environs, who are presently experiencing a disruption in their water supply that, this is due to a broken 10 inch diameter pipeline, along the Western Main Road, Glencoe.

Emergency repair works are expected to be completed by 6:00 a.m. on Friday October 2nd, 2020.

Areas to be affected include:

  • Western Main Road from the intersection of the Morne Coco Road to the La Horquette Valley Road
  • Goodwood Park and environs
  • Bayshore and environs

Customers are advised that it may take up to 24 hours for the scheduled pipe borne water supply to normalize to some affected areas following completion of the repair works.

For further information or assistance, customers are asked to contact WASA’s Customer Call Centre toll free at 800-4420/4426. A limited truck-borne water service will be available with priority given to special homes, health care institutions.

The Authority apologises for the inconvenience and thanks customers for their patience and understanding.
