TEMPORARY DISRUPTION AT WASA’S CUSTOMER CONTACT CENTRE

The Water and Sewerage Authority (the Authority) advises customers and the general public that its Customer Call Centre service at toll-free 800-4420/4426 is still unavailable due to technical difficulties. Service provider technicians currently working on the issue, are expected to be completed by 6:00 p.m. today – Friday 16th October, 2020.

Customers are reminded that they can continue to reach the Centre, via email at customercomplaint@wasa.gov.tt; live-chat at www.wasa.gov.tt; Facebook page: WASA Trinidad & Tobago or WhatsApp 709-7793 (text only).

The Authority apologises for the inconvenience and thanks customers for their understanding.
