SERVICE DISRUPTION

TO CUSTOMERS IN PARTS OF SAN JUAN

The Water and Sewerage Authority (the Authority) advises customers in parts of San Juan served by the Quarry Road Booster Station, who are presently experiencing a disruption in their water supply that this is due to mechanical problems at the facility.

Repair works currently underway are expected to be completed by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday 16th December, 2020.

Areas affected include:

Customers are advised that it may take up to 24 hours for the water supply to normalize to some affected areas, after the facility returns to operation.

For further information or assistance, customers are asked to contact WASA’s Customer Call Centre toll free at 800-4420/4426. A limited truck-borne water service will be available upon request.

The Authority apologises for the inconvenience and thanks customers for their patience and understanding.
