SUPPLY DISRUPTION

TO CUSTOMERS IN PLEASANTVILLE,
SAN FERNANDO

The Water and Sewerage Authority (the Authority) advises customers in the Pleasantville, San Fernando area, who are currently experiencing a disruption in their pipe borne water supply that this is due to ruptured 6 inch diameter pipeline, located at Pleasantville Circular Drive.

Repair works are expected to be completed by 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday 5th January, 2021.

Areas affected include:

  • Pleasantville Circular Drive and associated side streets
  • Chaconia Avenue and associated side streets
  • Aerdies Drive

Customers are advised that it may take up to 8 hours for the service to normalize to some affected areas following the completion of repairs.

A limited truck borne service will be available to affected customers upon request. For further information or assistance, customers are asked to contact WASA’s Customer Call Centre toll free at 800-4420/4426.
