SERVICE DISRUPTION

TO CUSTOMERS IN PARTS OF
SOUTHEAST TRINIDAD

The Water and Sewerage Authority (the Authority) advises customers in parts of South East Trinidad that, there will be a disruption in their pipe borne water supply on Saturday 2021 May 29 from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

This is to facilitate emergency repair of a ruptured 16 inch diameter transmission pipeline, located at LP 37 St. Julien Road, New Grant.

Areas affected include:

  • Hindustan
  • St. Julien Road
  • Fairfield
  • Monkey Town
  • St. Mary’s
  • 6th Company
  • Gomez Trace
  • Gunness Trace
  • Cumuto
  • Naparima Mayaro Road from Matilda Road to Torrib Trace
  • Moruga Road
  • Matilda
  • Craignish
  • Indian Walk
  • 5th Company
  • Samuel Cooper Trace
  • Poui Trace
  • Cunjal
  • Mandingo Road

Customers are advised that it may take up to 24 hours for the service to normalize to some affected areas in accordance with pipe borne water supply schedules following completion of repair work.
