SERVICE INTERRUPTION

TO AREAS SERVED BY
SIGNAL HILL BOOSTER

The Water and Sewerage Authority (the Authority) advises customers served by the Signal Hill Booster Station that, there will be an interruption in their pipe borne water supply on Tuesday 2021 June 8, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. This is due to a planned power outage by the Trinidad & Tobago Electricity Commission (T&TEC) that will impact operations at the facility.

Areas to be affected include:

  • Patience Hill
  • Fairbanks
  • Orange Hill Road
  • Riseland
  • parts of Union (along Orange Hill to Union Connector Road)

Customers are further advised that it may take up to 24 hours for the scheduled pipe borne water supply to normalize to some areas after the facility is returned to operation.

A limited truck borne service will be available with priority to Health Institutions, Government Agencies and Homes for the Aged. For further information or assistance, customers can also contact WASA's Customer Call Centre toll free at 800- 4420/26 or 639-6850/53.
