SERVICE INTERRUPTION

TO CUSTOMERS SERVED BY THE
TUCKER VALLEY PUMPING STATION

The Water and Sewerage Authority (the Authority) advises customers served by the Tucker Valley Pumping Station that there will be an interruption in their pipe borne water supply on Friday 2021 July 9 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

This is due to planned maintenance works by the Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission (T&TEC) that will impact operations at the facility.

Areas affected include:

  • Chaguaramas
  • Big Yard
  • Gittens Dale
  • School Street
  • West Vale
  • Gulf View
  • Carenage
  • Abbe Poujade Street
  • Haig Street
  • Glencoe Estate
  • The Park

Customers are advised that it may take up to 12 hours for the water supply to normalize to some affected areas following the resumption of operations at the facility.

A limited truck-borne water service will be available upon request. For further information or assistance, customers are asked to contact WASA’s Customer Call Centre toll free at 800-4420/4426.
