SERVICE INTERRUPTION

TO CUSTOMERS SERVED BY
MASON HALL BOOSTER STATION AND
COURLAND WATER TREATMENT PLANT

The Water and Sewerage Authority (the Authority) advises customers served by Mason Hall Booster Station, who are currently experiencing low pressures or no water that this is due to mechanical problems impacting operations at the facility. Emergency repair works currently ongoing, are expected to be completed on Thursday 2021, August 26.

Areas affected include:

  • Mason Hall (including Mason Hall to Les Coteaux Road)

Similarly, customers served by the Courland Water Treatment Plant currently experiencing low pressures or no water are advised that this is due to mechanical problems impacting operations at the facility. Emergency repair works currently ongoing, are expected to be completed on Friday 2021, August 27.

Areas affected include:

  • Plymouth
  • Pleasant Prospect
  • Buccoo
  • Grafton
  • Bon Accord
  • Black Rock
  • Mt. Irvine
  • Shirvan Road
  • Canaan
  • Crown Point

Customers are further advised that it may take up to 24 hours for the scheduled pipe borne water supply to normalize to some areas after these facilities are returned to operation.

A limited truck borne service will be available with priority to Health Institutions, Government Agencies and Homes for the Aged. For further information or assistance, customers can also contact WASA's Customer Call Centre toll free at 800- 4420/26 or 639-6850/53.
