SUPPLY DISRUPTION

TO CUSTOMERS SERVED BY ARIPO WATER TREATMENT PLANT

The Water and Sewerage Authority (the Authority) advises customers served by the Aripo Water Treatment Plant, that there will be a disruption in their pipe borne water supply today, Thursday 13th January 2022, between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

This has become necessary in order to carryout critical pipeline interconnection works at the corner of Aripo Road.

Affected areas include:

  • Parts of Arima inclusive of Cocorite Road (between Henry Street and Malabar Branch Road)
  • Malabar Road
  • Malabar Phase 2
  • Wallerfield
  • Santa Rosa
  • Pinto Road
  • Train Line
  • Smith Lands

Customers are advised to manage their water use efficiently, as it may take up to 24 hours thereafter for the restoration of the scheduled pipe borne water supply.
