SERVICE INTERRUPTION TO PARTS OF NORTHWEST TRINIDAD

The Water and Sewerage Authority (the Authority) advises customers in parts of North-West Trinidad, who are still experiencing a disruption in their water supply that there has been an unforeseen delay in the pipeline interconnection works, being carried out at the Maritime Round-a-bout, Barataria.

Works at the site are now scheduled to be completed at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday 17th May, 2022.

Areas affected include:

  • Morvant
  • El Socorro
  • Barataria
  • Lower Port-of-Spain
  • Barataria
  • Aranguez
  • Laventille
  • Beetham Gardens

Customers are further advised that following the completion of these works, it may take up to twenty-four (24) hours for the supply to normalize to some affected areas.
