SUPPLY DISRUPTION TO PARTS OF LA BREA

The Water and Sewerage Authority (the Authority) advises in the La Brea area, who are still experiencing an interruption in supply that there has been an unforeseen delay in completing repair work to ruptured pipeline at LP 1548 Southern Main Road, La Brea.

The extensive emergency repair works are now scheduled to be completed by 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday 15th June, 2022.

Affected areas include:

Point D’or Cassava Alley Bassa Hill (high points) Pierre Road inclusive of all side streets

Newlands Belle View parts of Chinese Village

A limited truck-borne water service will be available upon request. For further information or assistance, customers are asked to contact WASA’s Customer Call Centre toll free at 800-4420/26.
