SUPPLY DISRUPTION

TO AREAS SERVED BY RICHMOND WATER TREATMENT PLANT

The Water and Sewerage Authority (the Authority) advises customers served by the Richmond Water Treatment Plant that there will be an interruption in their pipe borne water supply on Thursday 21st July 2022, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

This has become necessary in order to facilitate planned maintenance works at the facility.

Areas to be affected include:

6:00 p.m. on Thursday 21st July, 2022

Customers are further advised that it may take up to 24 hours for the pipe borne water supply to normalize to some areas after the facility returns to operation.

A limited truck borne service will be available with priority to Health Institutions, Government Agencies and Homes for the Aged. For further information or assistance, customers can also contact WASA's Customer Call Centre toll free at 800-4420/26 or 639-6850/53.
