SUPPLY DISRUPTION

TO CUSTOMERS SERVED BY NAVET WATER TREATMENT PLANT

The Water and Sewerage Authority (the Authority) advises customers served by the Navet Water Treatment Plant, who are currently experiencing low water pressures or in some cases no water that this is due to recent mechanical and electrical problems affecting operations at the Plant.

This includes an electrical power surge that briefly disrupted operations at the facility overnight on Tuesday 26th July, as well as a mechanical problem impacting one of the pumps, which is expected to be repaired by 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday 27th July, 2022.
