SERVICE DISRUPTION TO AREAS SERVED BY MARAVAL WATER TREATMENT PLANT

The Water and Sewerage Authority (the Authority) advises customers in parts of Maraval served by the Maraval Water Treatment Plant, who are presently experiencing reduced pressures or in some cases no water supply that, this is due to a mechanical problem affecting one of the pumps at the facility.

Emergency repair works currently underway are expected to be completed by 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday 7th September, 2022.

  • Lynch Drive
  • Valleton Avenue
8:00 a.m. Wednesday 7th September, 2022

The Authority further advises that it may take up to 24 hours for the service to normalize to some affected areas following the completion of the repair works.
