SERVICE DISRUPTION

SUPPLY DISRUPTION TO PARTS OF CLARKE ROAD AND ENVIRONS

The Water and Sewerage Authority (the Authority) advises customers in parts of Clarke Road and environs who are currently without a water supply that this is due to a leaking 200 mm diameter pipeline at 324 Clarke Road, Penal.

Extensive emergency repair works are expected to be completed by 4:00 p.m. on Monday 14th November, 2022.

Customers are further advised that following the completion of these works, it may take up to twelve (12) hours for the supply to normalize to some affected areas.

A limited truck borne service will be available upon request. This can be requested through the following self-service options:

  • Use of the mobile WASA Services App which can be downloaded for Android mobile customers from the Play Store or iPhone mobile customers from the Apple store; or
  • Use of the Customer Portal available on the Authority’s website: www.wasa.gov.tt.

  • Alternatively, customers requiring direct assistance or further information can contact WASA’s Customer Call Centre toll free at 800-4420/26.
