Mr. Yorke is responsible for Budgeting, Financial Management, Accounting, Customer Services, Procurement, Facilities Management, Transport, MIS, Business Planning and Tariff. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Mr. Abdool is an attorney-at-law and holds degrees of Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws and is WASA's General Counsel. He is responsible for Human Resources, the Corporate Secretariat, Legal Services, Security Services, Corporate Communications as well as Health and Safety and the Environment.
